The walls in our comfortable restaurant "tell" a story about the long tradition of wine growing in this region. Ancient documents, photos of bygone times, and a variety of typical wine pressing tools have been carefully selected to give a wine theme to the decoration of the walls. And the wine list at Maxx is really a credit to the Deutsche Weinstrasse - here you will find only the finest, select wines, which are acquired directly from the wine growers of the region. Our garden terrace in front of the restaurant with a view of the idyllic pond and the adjacent town gardens is the ideal place for a coffee and cake during the afternoon or a glass of wine on a mild summer's night. You can also unwind and enjoy the end of the day in our hotel bar, listening to the sounds of an authentic Wurlitzer music box.
